These terms cover your use of helpyeti.com and our free support audit. HelpYeti is a DBA of Respawn Fitness LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we", "us").

The information on this site is general and may change. Prices, plan details and examples are described as accurately as we can, but the terms of any paid service are the ones we agree with you in writing before work starts. Examples on this site, including the demo inbox, are illustrative and are not real customer data or results.

Free audit

The audit is free and there is no obligation to buy anything. We contact your store the way a customer would and send you a short report with suggestions. The report reflects our observations and opinions at the time we tested.

Paid services

Plans are month to month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. Setup is a one-time fee, and helpdesk and AI software fees are billed separately by your helpdesk provider. 30-day money-back guarantee: Not happy in your first 30 days after go-live? Email us and we'll refund your first month's fee. (The one-time setup fee covers work already done and isn't refunded.)

AI answers

AI agents can make mistakes. We set yours up to follow your store's policies, review its answers and escalations, and hand anything outside your rules to you. You remain responsible for your store's policies and for decisions such as refunds and exceptions.

Your accounts and data

Your helpdesk account stays in your name, and we work inside it as agents. We handle your customers' information only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the free audit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
